The service
InnDesk provides hosted software for small accommodation businesses to manage bookings, guests, payments, invoices, statements, expenses, reports, users, and property operations.
Features may change as the platform improves. We aim to keep changes practical, documented, and suitable for the purpose of running a front desk.
Accounts and users
You are responsible for the accuracy of the business details used to create your account, the users you invite, the permissions you assign, and the security of passwords and devices used to access InnDesk.
You must not share login details between people where separate user accounts are required for audit, role, or security purposes.
Trials, subscriptions, and billing
Trial accounts may be limited by time, feature access, or usage. Paid subscriptions continue monthly unless cancelled or suspended under the billing terms shown in the platform.
When payment gateway functionality is enabled, invoices, subscription status, payment history, and renewal dates will be managed inside the account area.
Acceptable use
You may not use InnDesk to break the law, upload malicious content, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, abuse trial accounts, misrepresent your identity, or process data you are not allowed to process.
We may suspend or restrict accounts where there is suspected misuse, non-payment, security risk, or legal risk.
Customer data
Your business remains responsible for the data entered into your workspace, including guest, staff, customer, supplier, invoice, and payment records. InnDesk processes that data to provide the service and support your account.
You should keep your own legal, tax, and operational obligations in mind when deciding what data to collect, how long to keep it, and how to respond to guest requests.
Availability and backups
We work to keep the platform available and secure, but no hosted service can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted. Maintenance, hosting issues, connectivity problems, or security incidents may affect availability.
Where export features are available, customers should keep suitable copies of critical business records for their own continuity and compliance needs.
Liability and law
InnDesk is provided as business software. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of business, or losses caused by customer misuse, incorrect data entry, third-party systems, or events outside our control.
These terms are intended to be governed by South African law unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
